Al aceptar las condiciones del Club Los Jazmines, será incluido en una Base de Datos, propiedad de Comasa S.L., cuya finalidad es la de mantener informados mediante una Newsletter sobre las ventajas por ser miembro del Club Los Jazmines, así como el envío de ofertas, promociones y novedades que se produzcan en los hoteles de la cadena.
Dicha base de datos se utilizará sólo para los fines descritos y no se cederá a empresas externas.
En caso de causar baja en la base de datos del Club Los Jazmines, supondrá la pérdida de cualquier tipo de ventaja, promoción, oferta, descuento o tarifa especial.
Los miembros del Club Los Jazmines serán clasificados en función de las noches de pernoctación accederán a ventajas y/o descuentos promocionales diferentes en función de dicha segmentación a través de CODIGOS PROMOCIONALES que le serán facilitados.
La utilización de CODIGOS PROMOCIONALES en la reserva diferentes a los facilitados y no asociados a su nivel de membresía, no serán aceptados en el registro de entrada y se aplicará el que corresponda.
Las ventajas y descuentos incluidos en el programa Club Los Jazmines serán válidos únicamente para reservas realizadas a través de la WEB OFICIAL de cualquiera de nuestros hoteles, vía llamada telefónica o directamente en el mostrador del hotel (siempre y cuando se acepten las condiciones del Club Los Jazmines). Las ofertas y descuentos anunciados en la web no son acumulables a los descuentos del programa de fidelización.
Los descuentos del programa de Club Los Jazmines son aplicables a la tarifa básica (TARIFA FLEXIBLE)
Las ventajas del Club Los Jazmines son personales e intransferibles. Se hará una verificación en el registro de entrada. En el caso de no ser miembro del Club Jazmines, las ventajas del programa no tendrán validez, lo cual puede derivar en costes adicionales sobre el importe de la reserva realizada y según la tarifa vigente en el momento de la entrada al establecimiento.

By accepting the terms and conditions of Club Los Jazmines, you will be included in a database owned by Comasa S.L., the purpose of which is to keep members informed, via a newsletter, about the benefits of being a member of Club Los Jazmines, as well as to send offers, promotions and news related to the hotels of the group.

The benefits of Club Los Jazmines are personal and non-transferable. Verification will be carried out at check-in. If the guest is not a member of Club Los Jazmines,
